Consumer Arbitration
Resolution of Disputes:
Under the terms of Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, it is hereby stated that, in the event of a dispute regarding the supply of goods, the consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity) may resort to a Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity. The competent entities for this purpose, depending on whether the supply of goods takes place at Canalcentro SA’s headquarters in Leiria or at its branch in Loulé, are the following: CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts – www.cniacc.pt; Consumer Conflict Information, Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Algarve – www.consumoalgarve.pt
